Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with LetBeMe. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work — no surprises.
1. Annual Subscription
LetBeMe Premium is billed at $9 per year. Your subscription renews automatically each year on the same date you first subscribed. You will receive a receipt from Paddle (our payment processor) for every charge.
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time directly from the Pricing page — click "Cancel subscription". After you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
3. No Partial Refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period. If you cancel mid-year, your Premium access remains active through the end of that year, but no refund is issued for the remaining months.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, email us immediately at support@letbeme.com with your payment receipt. We will investigate and refund any duplicate charge in full.
6. Free Plan
The free plan is always free — no credit card required, no trial that auto-converts to a paid plan. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.
6. How to Cancel
Go to letbeme.com/pricing and click "Cancel subscription". Cancellation is instant and takes effect at the end of your billing period.
