By creating an account or using LetBeMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LetBeMe. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may only create one account per person.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@letbeme.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
  • Submit false check-ins or manipulate your streak.
  • Spam group chats or use the service for unsolicited promotion.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt LetBeMe.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others.

4. User Content

Any messages or content you post in groups are visible to other members of that group. You are solely responsible for what you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

LetBeMe offers a free plan and a Premium plan. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@letbeme.com. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Service Availability

LetBeMe is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice, though we'll try to give advance warning for significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetBeMe and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LetBeMe makes no warranties, express or implied, about the service's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy of any content. Use it at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of LetBeMe after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of jurisdiction where LetBeMe operates.
